I'd left behind a career in finance and consultancy to rebuild from the ground up — literally. From working on high-rise developments like Left Bank (32 storeys) to completing 176-unit builds under pressure, I learned that property rewards systems, not improvisation.
Then came my first auction deal: a twin bungalow + garage. Two lenders pulled out. The numbers nearly broke — but I didn't.
That was the pivot.
